Take away anything that replaces You as the unique source of happiness, Lord! You made my heart: You know how to make me happy in reality! Lord, I want to take no other source of satisfaction! Be the Only One that gives me joy! Lord, in Your presence we rejoice! Your joy is the strength of my heart! Lord, the real joy is in You!
Even when we’re sad, or don’t feel like it, Lord, supply us more and lift up our heart to be again happy in You!
